1. Summary

This policy explains what data JumpwithMe collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. Read it before placing an order.

✓ Your selfies are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery.
✓ We do NOT use your image to train AI models.
✓ We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

2. What we collect

3. Who processes your data

We use trusted third-party services to operate JumpwithMe:

Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers; they are handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
AI generation providers (such as Replicate, FAL, or similar) — your selfie is sent securely to a generation API. These providers are contractually prohibited from retaining your image beyond the time needed to generate the output.
Email provider (such as Resend) — for delivering your order and support communications.
Cloud storage (such as Cloudflare R2) — for temporary storage of selfies and outputs during the 30-day window.
Google Tag Manager / Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics.

4. AI training opt-out

We do not use your uploaded selfies to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Your image is used only to generate the specific order you paid for, and is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

5. Biometric data

JumpwithMe does not perform biometric identification, recognition, or matching on your photo. Your selfie is used only as a visual reference for AI image generation. We do not extract or store biometric templates (faceprints, embeddings retained for identification, or similar). If applicable law (such as Illinois BIPA) classifies the temporary processing of facial imagery as biometric data, you consent to such processing solely for the purpose of generating your order, with deletion as described above.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for the EU/UK, CCPA for California, similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Object to certain processing
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children

JumpwithMe is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has uploaded a photo, we will delete it immediately and refund any payment.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — essentially Google Tag Manager / Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement, and a session cookie for the order flow. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core functionality.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process your data in countries outside your own (typically the United States or the European Union). Where required by law, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Security

We use TLS for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; however, we follow industry standards. If a data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
